Sorika is an AI-powered knowledge management and spatial reasoning platform. The Service is subject to modification, and we may alter, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

In no event shall Sorika, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
